RIVERBIRCH HOMES - Certified Builder
$899,900 - 4,675 square feet

This stunning French Country manor’s exterior features Hampton brick and a blend of Tennessee limestone and Columbia platinum stone. Enter the two story stone Foyer and view the Gentleman’s Study with distressed leather chairs and mustard brown wall color. The Dining Room features a breath taking four layer mocha Italian frotage on the walls and a metallic gold and bronze ceiling. A handmade gothic dining table fills out the room, while a masterpiece painting entitled “The Race” hangs above the European hand finished and painted Brazilian buffet. View the black 1918 baby grand piano as you enter the Family/Music Room with its rich color pallet of European cream, black and light accents of cinnamon. A fantastic ArcusStone fireplace brings together the French Manor theme.
