The 2007 Bank of America Parade of Homes will be held October 13-28 at Stream Valley in Franklin, TN.
Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily (the ticket office closes at 7:00 p.m. - no admittance after 7:00 p.m.).
Price: $14 per person, tickets available at the gate. (Children 12 and under admitted free.)
Directions: I-65 South to Peytonsville Road (right on Exit 61). Turn left on Lewisburg Pike (Highway 431 South). Follow to Stream Valley on the left.

Parade of Homes opens October 13 in Franklin (latest press release)

The best and brightest in interior design and home building will be on display at the 2007 Bank of America Parade of Homes™ scheduled October 13 through 28 in the new Stream Valley community in Franklin.

Featured on these pages is just a small sample of the fantastic design ideas, innovations in home building and wonderful furnishings that Parade-goers can expect to see at this year's event.

ParkTrust Development, the Stream Valley developer, has brought together a wonderful team of builders: RiverBirch Homes; Colonnade Custom Homes; Design Gallery Homes; Legend Homes; Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes; and Tennessee Valley Homes.

Visitors to the Fall Parade will see interior designs by Mark English of European Gallery, working with RiverBirch Homes; Elizabeth Poole Spangler of EPID Co. Inc., working with Colonnade Custom Homes; Chrissy Keheley of Design Environments, Inc., working with Design Gallery Homes; Jason Bradshaw and Bob Deal of Bradford's Interiors, working with Legend Homes; Marianna Nichols of Sara Gillum Interiors, working with Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes; and Corkie Waller of Savage Gallery, working with Tennessee Valley Homes.

The Parade construction site will be closed to the public until October 13. During the week of October 8, a $2-off coupon will be available at all Middle Tennessee Bank of America banking centers.

The Parade is open daily from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. with the last ticket sold at 7 p.m. Tickets will be available at the gate. Admission is $14 for adults and children 12 and under are free. On Tuesdays realtors will get in free with a business card. A portion of the proceeds benefits Franklin's Charge. For more information call (615) 377-1055.
