Leadership Installed at Annual HBAMT Banquet
The Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee ended
the year in style as the HBAMT's 64th Annual
Installation and Awards Banquet took place at
Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
The event, attended by nearly 400 Association members
and business professionals, is used to highlight the
achievements of the Home Builders Association and its
members and to install all of the officers, directors
and board members for 2008. The Middle Tennessee Sales
and Marketing Council also holds their Circle of
Excellence awards ceremony at the banquet.
This year's Master of Ceremonies was Sharon Puckett, the
host of “Passport to New Homes” and former news anchor
on NBC Channel 4 in Nashville.
Mitzi Spann, Immediate Past President, passed the torch
to Michael Arnold as he was installed as the HBAMT's
2008 President, with Past President Terry Cobb presiding
over the ceremony. Mitzi, as outgoing President, gave
her closing remarks, reflecting on the accomplishments
and progress that was made during her time in office.
Mike Arnold then called on all 2008 officers, local
directors, and chapter and council presidents to
administer the oath and be sworn in to office.
