STONE VILLAGE PROPERTIES
7,600 Square Feet
$1.35 Million

This gorgeous Carolina Coastal home's exterior features Hardiboard in a rich, buttery yellow supported with a base of dry stacked stone. Southern charm is personified as you make your way up the grand two-tiered staircase to the spacious wraparound front porch. Enter the Foyer to view the awe-inspiring Great Room featuring a built-in 48” ventless fireplace with mantle faux finish and an amazing octagonal ceiling with stained wood suspended beams (faux treatments throughout the home by Winning Finishes). The Dining Room features an antiqued broken gold leaf ceiling and stunning built-in cabinetry treated with a distressed paint wash. The gorgeous Gourmet Kitchen showcases a beautiful center island with unique glazed robin’s egg blue finish and white Viking professional grade appliances. A point of interest is a fantastic oak cupboard originally owned by Johnny and June Cash. Enter the Keeping Room to view the massive 110” tresseled plank dining table with hickory wood and tile flooring in a southern blend split pattern. Exit out onto the covered Lanai with volcano travertine flooring in a brick joint pattern.

Joe Staub - Builder, Stone Village Properties, LLC
Stone Village Properties LLC approaches each custom home building project as an opportunity to fulfill a vision, while at the same time holding customer service and satisfaction to the highest level. This approach stems from owner/operator Joe Staub’s varied business background and perspective. After 29 years in successful executive sales and sales management positions, he decided to branch out on his own and fulfill his lifelong dream of owning his own business. During the course of his career, Joe had built seven homes for his own personal use and was determined to begin a career in custom home building. In 2005, he received his contractor’s license and Stone Village Properties was born. Stone Village Properties builds finely crafted estate homes in Drakes Point, Somerset Downs and The Hunt Club in Sumner County, and in Stone Brook Falls in Wilson County. Robin Meyer - Designer, Robin's Nest Interiors
Robin Meyer, owner of Robin’s Nest Interiors based in Hendersonville, has teamed with Stone Village Properties for this year’s Parade of Homes to produce an awe-inspiring Southern Coastal estate home. Meyer’s creativity was fostered early on by her artistic and gifted parents, her father being a woodworker and mother a seamstress. She then went on to be educated at MTSU and Watkins College of Art and Design. After a decade of working in the public relations and marketing industry for various telecommunications companies, she decided to follow her passion and founded Robin’s Nest Interiors in 1998.
