Joe Staub
- Builder, Stone Village
Properties, LLC
Stone Village Properties LLC approaches each custom home
building project as an opportunity to fulfill a vision,
while at the same time holding customer service and
satisfaction to the highest level. This approach stems
from owner/operator Joe Staub’s varied business
background and perspective. After 29 years in successful
executive sales and sales management positions, he
decided to branch out on his own and fulfill his
lifelong dream of owning his own business. During the
course of his career, Joe had built seven homes for his
own personal use and was determined to begin a career in
custom home building. In 2005, he received his
contractor’s license and Stone Village Properties was
born. Stone Village Properties builds finely crafted
estate homes in Drakes Point, Somerset Downs and The
Hunt Club in Sumner County, and in Stone Brook Falls in
Wilson County. For more information, call (615) 310-7324
