SECOND GENERATION CONSTRUCTION
5,850 Square Feet
$1.1 Million

This magnificent European style home’s exterior has rich texturing set off by a blend of stacked ledge rock, brick, and natural stone. The home is premiering ornately detailed wrought iron carriage doors from Dynasty Iron Doors, a first time product for a Parade home in the United States. Step into the Foyer with tumbled travertine and limestone chiseled edge border with slate banding mosaic flooring. The walls are faux finished in a glazed application to give the feeling of warmth (faux treatments by Brian Law). Enter the Dining Room featuring a drop beam suspended ceiling with rich wood detailing. Elegant sconces flank the French doors which open up to the front porch. The Living Room has two story stacked windows set into a radiused exterior wall and a custom built wet bar with stained maple cabinetry. Move through to the Family Room with a 14’ deep coffered ceiling surrounded by seven-layered crown molding. The fireplace is the centerpiece, with the walls a warm, coppery-rose hue.

Trinity Allen-Scharett - Designer, Interiors by Trinity
With previous award-winning Parade of Homes experience, Trinity Allen-Scharett has partnered with Second Generation Construction Inc. to create a magnificent European-influenced home. Growing up in a family heavily involved in the construction industry, she discovered a love for building and design at an early age. While living in Florida, she came to find out that their neighbor was a very successful decorator. After spending many hours admiring her designs, she began to research the interior design field and found that it was the perfect fit. For more information, contact Interiors by Trinity at (615) 513-6458.
