McPHERSON SHAW
5,300 Square Feet
$995,000

View the Old World-style detailing of this magnificent European estate home as you walk past the fantastic house-length stacked natural rock waterfall. Notice the exterior’s textural mix of foundation stone, Kentucky Rubble rock and weeping mortar brick. Step into the Foyer with chiseled edge travertine flooring laid in a herringbone style. Faux plaster wall treatment runs from the Foyer through the rest of the open space (provided by Kimberly Malone). The Study has unique stained natural cork flooring and a gorgeous black, gold and green high gloss faux finish. Exit the Study to see the charming Dining Room with Tre Venti Carmella round pedestal table and oval back chairs. Hand scraped walnut stained oak flooring and a deep coffered ceiling lend old world charm to the Great Room. A large Aubusson antique rug and plasma television set into Italianate-style cabinetry featured prominently. Also features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with limestone mantle. Enter the Powder Room with old fashioned cabinet vanity with hammered copper vessel sink and forest green marble surrounding the vintage wall-mounted faucet.
