Teaming up with first-time Parade builder Keystone Homes
to create a fantastic European-style estate home are
designers Whitney Whitaker and Sharon Perry. Whitney
Whitaker, owner of Whitney’s Interiors in Gallatin,
attended college at the University of Findlay in Ohio
with a focus on general studies, but it was not long
after that she discovered her passion for interior
design, thanks in large part to her grandmother, Jane
Greenway, a prominent interior designer in the Middle
Tennessee area. The other half of the Keystone Homes’
design team is Sharon Perry, owner of Sharon Perry
Interior Designs. A Nashville native who moved to
Hendersonville in 1963 and now resides in Gallatin, she
initially earned a B.S. in Economics from Middle
Tennessee State University, but later studied for three
years at the Nashville School of Interior Design.
Specializing in residential design, Sharon Perry
Interior Designs works with the client from consultation
to installation, determining the long term goals of the
project and prioritizing the client’s wants and needs.
