This striking French Country style home’s exterior has Old Louisville Tudor style brick with old world mortar application. A horseshoe-shaped walkway merges at an elegant water fountain to welcome visitors. A recessed barrel ceiling with the appearance of old world bronzed embossed tiles adds charm. A hidden door with cabinet-faced paneling leads into the pantry. The Powder Room has gorgeous mica glazed handmade wallpaper and a petite single basin vanity with aged walnut and cream marble.

Mary Martinek, an award winning Parade of Homes designer, has teamed up with David Patton Construction LLC to create a striking French Country home. Having always had an eye for detail and a desire to create, Martinek began on her design path at a young age, participating in her local 4-H program and learning skills in drawing, painting and photography, skills which she still draws from today. Later, she studied art at the university level and earned a B.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
